"China LotSynergy Holdings Limited" ("China LotSynergy", stock code: 8161 on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) was an associated company held by the Group since its establishment. It is principally engaged in the provision of related systems, terminals, and technical support and consultancy services in the public welfare lottery business and related sectors in China. By holding 20.83% of interest in China LotSynergy, the Group is able to grasp the promising growth opportunity of the China welfare lottery industry.

China LotSynergy has strategically partnered with International Game Technology and GTECH Corporation for the enhanced research competency and operation management to render better services and enriched products to the China welfare lottery industry. It has also strengthened in its terminals, system solutions, operations and maintenance services, and sales management consultancy.
